Cake didn't stick,or overflow as the previous reviewer said, I think this is best for friut cake. other cake mixture may overflow.It can easily hold 1 kg friut cake mixture. being it was a frit cake,the stem of the cake got the real tree colour. very nice.I am satisfied.

(More customer reviews)Purchased pans but description does not begin to describe them. They are made of extremely soft aluminum, bottom pan was bent and dented when they arrived. Not nearly as good as the Amco Food Service Half Sheet Pans which I had previously purchased. We will use these as give aways with a sheet cake or cookies on them and I will purchase more Amoco half sheet pans for our use. Guess the old adage is correct, you get what you pay for!!

(More customer reviews)This item is not nine inches wide. It is the same width as the seven stick cornstick pan, but costs ten dollars more. So you are paying ten dollars to get two extra cornstick molds of the same size. Hopefully, the item description will be changed soon. Now, I have to pack up and ship back several of these, but at least Amazon is paying the freight. Lodge Logic is the greatest for cooking and baking though. I think this is just a random error. Just be sure and buy the seven stick pan for 7.99. The cornsticks will be the same size.

(More customer reviews)When I was first married over 30 years ago, I remember my mom saying that even if it seemed extravagant, it was worth it to buy quality cookware. So listening to mom, we used our wedding gift money and bought the top of the line cookware. I am still using that same dutch oven, sauce pan, and skillet, and right now I think they will probably last longer than I will!
Well, when I first saw the price of the Baker's Edge Pan, I hesitated. I knew the concept of the pan was terrific. I read all the reviews, and I really felt the design of the pan would produce better brownies, breads, casseroles, and just about anything I wanted to try.
Well, I remembered my mom's advice and decided to purchase the pan. It has exceeded my expectations as far as even cooking, perfect pieces, nice edges, and even beautiful presentation.
In addition, the quality of the pan is amazing. When I think of how many cheap 9x13 pans I have bought over the years, I knew I should have applied my mom's cookware rule to bakeware. Most baking pans warp over time or cook unevenly because they are so thin. This pan is unbelievable as far as quality construction. I feel it was a very economical purchase because with proper care it should last forever! I can't imagine needing a replacement. However, since the pan is so versatile, I would readily purchase another one - using one for a main dish casserole and another for dessert! I sincerely recommend this pan for your bakeware collection

It gave us great, pre-sliced banana bread (or whatever batter bread you want to make), properly baked, with a slightly toasted crust. If you love baking then you know of the many problems that tend to occur during the process. Slice Solutions has created a sectioner 9" Loaf Pan that is sized perfectly for the pan that you place into the batter before cooking. One cooked and cooled the sectioner is removed and you have 8 perfectly sliced, perfectly sized, cake slices! Problem 2: Removing the cake slices from the pan is not easy, even with a small turneryou tend to crush at least the first one or two loaf slices just to get into the pan. Slice Solutions has developed a pan with a removable bottom that eliminates this issue. After removing the sectioner you place the entire pan, centered, on the included wire lifting rack.
