I love this pan! If properly prepared, works beautifully for cakes. I used it for Pandoro and everything worked just great. Very even cooking/browning.

I was very pleased with the product. The finished biscotti was professional looking in appearance.
I would have preferred receiving instructions regarding preparation of the pan before I attempted to
bake for the first time. A pamphlet with easy first-time recipes would have also been a nice touch.
However, the pans I purchased worked well.

Rehrucken, an Austrian delicacy, is a delicious chocolate log cake with crosswise ribbing, richly iced, and studded with almonds.
