(More customer reviews)I purchased this machine and sent the first one back to HSN for a replacement. The second one bakes really hard loaves which only rise and bake on one end of the loaf. It's as if there is a defect in one end of the heating element. I contacted the company that produces the machines and they won't even respond. I had read reviews regarding this machine from other websites and thought they just weren't using the machine according to directions. I so wish I had listened to them more closely.
