(More customer reviews)I want to commend this company's customer service. We thought the bread box was tin, but when it arrived it was plastic (and broken). When I contacted them, they immediately credited my card and intitiated a return. Some companies put you through the ringer and treat you like a criminal when you initiate a return - this company truly was fantastic.
