(More customer reviews)I can't see how anyone would be less then completely satisfied with this knife. It is light weight, it is easy to use, cuts like a dream. I have every intention of purchasing additional knives from Tyler Floreance's collection. The magnetic wood knife block is a great idea as well...each additonal knife bought has one and they all connect when they touch each other...nice way to store these wonderful knives. IF you are looking for a great chef's knife..these knives will not disappoint you. Once I recieved my knife..I threw all my old knives out! It fits so well in my small hand..and having arthritis..the light weight quality of this knife makes it kinder on my hands to use then other knives I have owned.

Take boxed gingerbread cake mix, bake in this pan, easy release from non-stick pan and cellophane wrap with a bow for school and office. People will love these individual sized treats and it'll bring back memories of your childhood. Highly recommend 2 pans minimum.

As long as you don't need to change the power level or use any advanced controls, it seems to work fine. Maybe it's just the unit I got but the power level control seems to be totally unresponsive. Fine if you can heat everything you need to heat on max power, not so fine for prepared foods that instruct you to cook X minutes on 50% power.

(More customer reviews)I originally bought this product from the King Arthur flour website, but I'll glad to find this on Amazon. The aroma of this emulsion reminds me of yellow cake batter. I like to add this to my sweet yeast doughs and cakes. This gives my baked goods that extra "hmmmm, did this come from a bakery?" kind of flavor. I also use the Almond Baking Emulsion instead of almond oil. I find that the flavors don't taste diluted, once my recipes are baked. These products are a pantry staple.

The smaller size of this cutting board had 4 reviews, all of which gave 5 stars, so I was excited about receiving this product. My response to seeing it for the first time was mixed. While it made of a very attractive wood, the workmanship was somewhat disappointing. I did not expect there to be an obvious spot of wood putty filling in the porousness of a knot in the wood. Not only was it very evident that it was a wood putty patch, it had not been sanded down properly and was a bit rough on its surface. While it was located on the periphery of the board and probably won't interfere with its functionality, it was still disappointing. I will probably keep the board because I don't want to go through the hassle of returning it and I don't expect the putty to keep the board from doing its job.

(More customer reviews)This is a typical Chinese low-quality product. I would love it if it were of decent quality.
This is the roughest blade hinge I have ever experienced. The blade grinds and balks when it is opened or closed. I don't believe I have ever felt such a rough knife hinge. It is even worse than a knife that has been dropped in sand. The blade is decent when new, but is poorly sharpened and dulls quickly, especially where it contacts a cutting board. The corkscrew does work smoothly and seems well-finished. They missed a good design opportunity on the corkscrew by not fitting a folding projection to make it a waiter's corkscrew. Nobody likes the brute-force corkscrews, you know. Many people can't even use them. Leverage is a wonderful thing.
The only good thing I can say about this knife is that it is pretty until you use it. It would make a nice gift for someone you knew would not use it, or know the difference.
