(More customer reviews)I received this pan and it looks very well made, solid construction. However, the first time used the pan the "SLICKDAD" non stick coating came off from the lid and onto the bread. The pan itself did not seem to have the problem, only the lid. It also stuck to my oven mitts when I pulled the pan from the oven.
I'm quit disappointed. I don't dare eat the bread. I'm afraid the pan is going back if possible.

I originally gave this 1 star.
I contacted the company about the problem. The president of the company called me back. He apologized, assured me it was unusual and sent me a replacement. I am pleased to report after making a loaf the pan performed perfectly. While the first pan was a problem I am really glad the company was so good about making it right.
