(More customer reviews)I have purchased this item for myself and as gifts. It is beautiful and functional. I keep mine on my counter as a fruit basket but have also used it as a bread basket. You can heat or cool the basket depending on your desired usage. It's a nice product.

(More customer reviews)This bread basket does exactly what it's supposed to do: store bread and keep it warm. Granted, warm bread will stay fairly warm on its own just by covering it up, but the warming stone does help out a good bit. The cloth is just fine, although white might be preferred by some individuals.
The basket itself appears to be more plastic than wicker, but it's a nice basket. The finish is pretty slick and has a shine to it. As for size, I consider it almost perfect for a family of four. It will store about 4-5 large rolls or 5-7 average-sized rolls. You can fill the basket more if you use another cloth napkin that is bigger or combine two. For this price point, I consider it to be a very good buy.

(More customer reviews)Having a bread basket able to keep your biscuits and dinner rolls nice and hot is a wonderful bonus. When most people have their supper they like to eat dinner rolls in between their main course on the plate, and now, thanks to this bread basket, the biscuits will continue to stay hot until every one of them is gone.
It's not like you have to wash the basket when you're finished eating, either. Because you will have napkins holding the biscuits in place preventing crumbs from going into the basket. The napkins are laid neatly inside. I can't believe you're expected to pay 23 bucks for one, though. Might want to wait until the price drops. Then again with Thanksgiving coming up you might be on a tight schedule where money isn't an issue.

(More customer reviews)I had difficulty finding a rectangular bread warmer which would fit in my bread basket. When I found this one, I thought $10 was expensive, but I needed one, so I ordered it. It is fine except it is smaller than I expected. I should have realized that 5x3 is the size of an index card, but I didn't pay close attention--my fault! Perhaps if it had said "3x5" I would have got the message. (^_^)
