(More customer reviews)The oil bottle is lovely with nice lines and a good stopper. Originally I though the plates were too small, but they are actually perfect. I keep the bottle beside the stove and use it daily. It has a great flow for the oil and the stopper is secure so you don't get oil dripping all over. Cleaning it is easier than I thought it would be. I had given this a three star rating when I first received it but I would give it five now. The system won't let me increase my rating though!

(More customer reviews)I bought this brand of toaster bags (from a different retailer), and the first time I used them, one of the bags melted, making a decent-sized hole. This defeated my purpose of keeping my gluten-free bread safe from contamination by all the gluten crumbs in the toaster at work. It's possible that the toaster at work gets hotter than normal toasters, but I would think most users would be using this sort of toaster at work, hotels, etc.

(More customer reviews)I actually bought one of these racks at Lowes a while back for about the same price. It is just great. I lived in a small apartment and this rack seem to double the storage of my kitchen. I filled the bottom shelves with wicker baskets and was able to store pots and pans, plastic containers and many more kitchen items. It's so much better than kitchen drawers. You can store a ton of plastic containers and lids in the baskets and have easy access to them. You can hang utensils for easy access. I use the top shelf for storing tea boxes, candles and small items. In addition to all the storage you have another 3 feet of hardwood (mine is oak) counter space for preparing food. If you live with a small kitchen this rack is an instant remodel. I can't say enough about this rack. It's great.

(More customer reviews)These are nice and work as intended. But the holes in the lid top are large enough for a fruit fly (and 100 of his friends) to squeeze through. Maybe you don't have fruit flies in your house. Maybe you do, like me. Personally I have not been freaked out too much by this, but I did cut some squares of cheese cloth to put under the lids. So I'm back to cheese cloth. So what did I buy these for? Well, I didn't know about the fruit fly issue. Nobody told me. So now you know.

(More customer reviews)I purchased the Beater Blade to use with my Viking 7-Qt. mixer; my primary use of that machine is making artisan breads.
I love my Viking mixer for bread making, but occasionally use it to make cookies which contain a high proportion of oatmeal. Thus, the dry ingredients are prone to gathering along the sides and bottom of the mixing bowl and require that I stop the mixer, lift the head and move the ingredients using a spatula. While that isn't exactly a Herculean task, it is annoying. However, due to a stubborn streak and a less than industrious attitude on the particular day, I tried scraping the side of the bowl while the mixer was down and moving - even though I know better. The result was a broken spatula - just as one would expect.
When I saw this Beater Blade, I thought it might solve the problem. Once you have adjusted the Beater Blade, it does an excellent job of clearing the sides and bottom of the bowl. If you mix a lot of cookie dough or batter-type foods, then this item is well worth the money you will spend for it. The Beater Blade doesn't generate heat like the metal beaters, and, as a result, shortenings do not melt during creaming. The final product is much less "soupy" than when making cookie doughs using a metal beater. However, if you use your mixer primarily for breads, as I do, then the the Beater Blade is probably something you can live without.
I rated this item four stars because its utility is questionable in relation to the cost. Further, I have some concern about the longevity of the blade itself and whether it will wear quickly or whether it will become brittle if washed in the dishwasher.

(More customer reviews)This bread basket does exactly what it's supposed to do: store bread and keep it warm. Granted, warm bread will stay fairly warm on its own just by covering it up, but the warming stone does help out a good bit. The cloth is just fine, although white might be preferred by some individuals.
The basket itself appears to be more plastic than wicker, but it's a nice basket. The finish is pretty slick and has a shine to it. As for size, I consider it almost perfect for a family of four. It will store about 4-5 large rolls or 5-7 average-sized rolls. You can fill the basket more if you use another cloth napkin that is bigger or combine two. For this price point, I consider it to be a very good buy.

When most people have their supper they like to eat dinner rolls in between their main course on the plate, and now, thanks to this bread basket, the biscuits will continue to stay hot until every one of them is gone.
It's not like you have to wash the basket when you're finished eating, either. Because you will have napkins holding the biscuits in place preventing crumbs from going into the basket. The napkins are laid neatly inside. I can't believe you're expected to pay 23 bucks for one, though. Might want to wait until the price drops. Then again with Thanksgiving coming up you might be on a tight schedule where money isn't an issue.
