(More customer reviews)Purchased pans but description does not begin to describe them. They are made of extremely soft aluminum, bottom pan was bent and dented when they arrived. Not nearly as good as the Amco Food Service Half Sheet Pans which I had previously purchased. We will use these as give aways with a sheet cake or cookies on them and I will purchase more Amoco half sheet pans for our use. Guess the old adage is correct, you get what you pay for!!

(More customer reviews)Getting tired of spending out the nose for hot food at ski slope restaurants, I decided to try this Thermos food jar.
The size is great. It takes up minimal space in my pack. Unfortunately the 16 ounce capacity doesn't quite hold a whole can of soup (about 18 ounces). There are 2 lids: the outer stainless lid helps insulate the top. The inner lid seals tightly to keep any liquid inside. It also holds an ingenious foldable stainless steel spoon. Opening the inner lid reveals a large mouth, making it easy to fill. The inside walls are stainless steel and the whole thing is dishwasher safe (top rack), making it a breeze to clean.
The Thermos sk3000mb4 is rated 9 hours for cold food, 7 hours for hot. While I can't attest to its cold rating, hot food seems to stay "hot" for nearly 5 hours. After that it's more like warm food.
Overall, this is a great food jar that allows me to happily avoid paying outrageous on mountain food prices and has paid for itself in only 2 days on the slopes.

(More customer reviews)Very nice, sturdy, multi-use boxes. Great for pieces of cake, cookies, cupcakes, muffins, desserts. Easy to set up and easy to store. I have used these boxes for many different things. Not as sturdy as a corrugated box, but then these are not corrugated. The 4 inch depth of the box is just right for what I need. They are easy to persaonalize also with labels, seals, etc. The texture is smooth and a bit shiny and makes them look quite nice.

(More customer reviews)These are pretty good quality but make great dough. The dough blade caused me to stop using my kitchen aid stand mixer, and use the food processor instead. It makes a very soft dough, and can knead the dough for any type of bread you might be making. The only drawback is that they will break if you use them often. It's a good idea to buy 2, because you don't want to be without it when it breaks.

Oxo Good Grips 8-Inch Chef Knife Review

(More customer reviews)There are 3 main reasons people cut themselves with knives: 1) bad technique, 2) bad knife handle, 3) dull knife blade (you have to struggle to cut and then you slip). This knife solve the knife handle problem wonderfully. It also should give you no problem with sharpness if you have a knife sharpener. This is not one of the great chef's blades that can have a lot of use before requiring resharpening.
If you have a good French Chef knife and have no problem with the handle (some are just so big and hard to grip!), do not bother with this knife. If you need a decent Chef knife and are willing to sharpen it occasionally, this is a good buy. (You have to sharpen ANY knife eventually.)
I am a quadriplegic/tetraplegic (C5-6 if you care) and I love this knife. Not for its mediocre blade, but for its handle. I have 1/3 use of my hands and 1/2 use of my arms, but I have no problem using the grippy handle on this knife. I own an expensive French Chef knife with a BETTER BLADE, but I use this one far more often because of the BETTER HANDLE.
My Mom has mild arthritis and she loves this knife, too.

The square butt of the knife digs into your palm and is VERY uncomfortable and not ergonomic whatsoever. Looks neat, that's about it. NOT recommended for anyone in the culinary industry.

Blendtec 52-601-FLP Kitchen Mill, White Review

(More customer reviews)I have been using this mill for 5 years and expect to be using it in 20 more years. I bake 1 loaf of bread twice a week with flour I grind at the same time. The bread is simply the best we have ever found and fresh. The machine is very, very loud but it gets through enough flour for a loaf of bread in 2 minutes, no big deal. Others are more quiet but this excels in quality and ease of use.
