(More customer reviews)These are the knives that Subway uses. They can slice through bread with no problem. When they got dull for bread, we would move them down the line to slice through tomatoes and other veggies with no problem. Still have one 12 years later (never sharpened once) and it is still the best knife in the drawer. They really have a 70's color inspiration to them if you can get past that. This knife ruined me on other knives, and now that I have found them again, I will not buy another knife.
