(More customer reviews)I LOVE THE SHARP SERRATED BLADE OF THIS KNIFE. IT IS OF GOOD SIZE, FITS INTO MY HAND PERFECTLY. THE ONLY PROBLEM I FIND IS THAT THE HANDLE IS NOT SATIN FINISH ALUMINUM, BUT RATHER A BRUSHED FINISH THAT CAN BECOME A BIT ROUGH FEELING IN THE PALM AFTER SEVERAL WASHINGS.

(More customer reviews)I had been searching for a dishwasher safe knife set for a while now, but they all seemed out of my budget. Then I found these Rada knives on Amazon and after reading the reviews figured I'd order them and, even if they were just okay, I hadn't spent that much so it wouldn't really be a big loss. Well, needless to say I've been impressed since day one. I've used them every day, several times a day and washed them in the dishwasher many times now. They are still incredibly sharp, lightweight and feel very comfortable to hold. I wouldn't change a thing! I plan on ordering more Rada knives as needed.

Lansky Crock Stick Serrated Bread Knife Sharpener Review

(More customer reviews)I am a fan of Lansky Crock Sticks and I was excited to see that they sold a sharpener for serrated knives, so I ordered one from Amazon. I was disappointed and disgusted when the item arrived. It has two little illustrations on the package that are supposed to pass as instructions. There are no written instructions at all and the pictures are inadequate, as far as I'm concerned. Also, the item is not put together correctly. The sharpening stone is triangle-shaped and has a groove that runs the length of one side. This grooved side is supposed to be glued to the wooden handle, but they glued the wrong side so the groove is exposed. The part of the handle that the stone is glued to isn't level, so the stone doesn't even touch it on one end. The item was slapped together by someone that obviously was clueless and the quality control was non-existent. I went to the Lansky website, hoping there might be at least be instructions there, but there are none. I emailed their customer service and received no answer. I am going to return the item to Amazon; it is useless to me. Lansky should be ashamed.
