(More customer reviews)HH gave this to me for Christmas because he knew I've been wanting one for so long and I've baked 3 loaves so far (lots of ingredients to buy)! It takes about 3 hours to cook a fully developed loaf and almost 1 1/2 hours for rapid. Homemade bread is so delicious! You basically add the ingredients in order (yeast always last), press the settings, the breadman kneads and bakes, press stop, eject, and enjoy!
I barely have to clean the pan because it is nonstick! Love it love it love it!
I would suggest if you want to begin baking right away to look for bread machine recipes online so that you can have your ingredients ready once you purchase.
**Update**
I've had this since Christmas and it has been working fine. I'm still satisfied with it. Do note that my bread comes out better and more developed with Rapid Rise Yeast.

RH Forschner Rosewood Bread Knife 10.25" Review

(More customer reviews)This is a great knife -- top-rated by Cooks' Illustrated magazine. But the rosewood handle is narrow and uncomfortable. (I'm a guy, but by no means have huge hands.) The fibrox version of the same knife (Forschner 40547) has a much more comfortable handle.

(More customer reviews)The picture that is displayed on the site is a much "sharper" and "clearer" image or picture than what I actually "received"..It's truly amazing what one can do with a camera as far as sharpness and clearness, but do not be fooled...It does not look the same upon arrival...It's not nearly the same type of "detail" and "elegant-ness" that the company is leading you to believe as described and displayed on the site by the company..This a "hand-painted" item that, frankly, could have been better..Disappointed...especially considering the price I paid for it..The price that I paid for it was an "elegant" price, but I did not receive "elegant" quality..

BRAND NEW 3 DIMENSIONAL Mixed Fruit Bread Box. This is a very beautiful Bread Box. It would add the perfect touch to your decor! The white bread box is surrounded with a very large assortment of fruit. Everything around the sides is embossed. The lid is even more extravegant. Each piece of fruit is actual life size and looks good enough to eat! It inspired in me the basic of Christianity and life, which is to be connected with God through prayer and the Word, in every time of our lives, even in simple things like having a meal. That was 2 years ago, but I never thought that I could find this picture in Amazon, so in the moment I saw it, I didn't hesitate and bought it as a Christmas present to my wife who loved it. Now we have it in our dining room.

When it came to a new loaf pan, many of the shiny pans I considered had drawbacks: they were steel, which rusts; they had seams that were hard to clean; they were often flimsy and dented easily, and none was large enough to hold a full batch of batter. Not so with the Nordic Ware large loaf pan. This heavy-duty aluminum pan means business--the larger size is perfect for virtually every recipe, and the shiny surface produces great results and cleans up nicely. I've since added the muffin pan, rectangular baking pan, and quarter-size sheet cake pan to my collection of essential bakeware, and I remain impressed with Nordic Ware's outstanding quality and reasonable price.

(More customer reviews)This is the second bread maker I have owned. It makes good bread. I still am not sure how or when to add ingredients for some of the recipes. I only have two complaints: One is that there is no viewing window, and the other is that most of the recipes in the booklet that comes with it are very dry. I have found the only ones that are not are the ones that contain milk and egg. I like that you have three choices of bread sizes. I also like the seperate yeast dispenser. All in all, it's a good bread maker, and I would recommend it.
