(More customer reviews)I just ordered my second pan - not because the first one didn't work - but because I loved it so much that I needed another one!
These are the perfect size for sub rolls, and there is no way you're going to fit 5 rolls on a half sheet pan without them sticking together while rising - unless you have this product!
I even use them for lean dough baguettes - I just remove the bread from the forms for the last 10 minutes of baking and place them on the baking stone so the crust can carmelize.
These aren't cheap, but they'll last forever, and they take a lot of the frustration out of trying to bake in larger batches.
Now that I'll have two forms, I can bake once a week and have 10 beautifully formed, professional looking sub rolls.

(More customer reviews)I was surprised that I didn't notice how big this pan was but was lucky enough to own my own pizza oven. My first batch of bread made for a neighborhood fundraiser (for a child) was a huge hit, including one woman who claimed it was better than the bread she had in France! The framework of the pan allows it to cool without a separate rack. I look forward to more homemade baguettes.

(More customer reviews)Pros: These have made several loaves of bread, and I'm happy with the results. The food browned nicely, cooked evenly, and stack for storage.
Cons: The non-stick coating seems to be rather delicate. I wouldn't recommend using any metal utensils on these - not even a butter knife around the pan to loosen the loaf. I'm even storing them using the cardboard dividers they came with. Also, the sharp corners make for lovely bread loaves, but are not easy to clean. I have to use a toothpick to get out all of the food in the tight corners.

Don't waste your money if you have the same vison as I do. If you want breadsticks for the family you need to order 3 and use one typical batch of bread dough.
