(More customer reviews)I bought this (at an incredible Cyber Monday price) because I like making individual panettone and thought it would be great to have a single pan that can make up to 20 at a time.
The full pan fits perfectly in a standard oven, with enough room for air to circulate around it. I love that the silicone is thick, it stands up without sagging, and it is ever so easy to get the bread out of the mold. Just a little press on the bottom and it slides right out. I thought the little ridges in the sides would be a sticking problem, but they weren't at all.
My only issue with the product is the size stated in the description. It says 2 3/4" w x 1 1/2" h, but the size is actually 2" h and the mold tapers from 2" width at the base to 2 1/2" at the top. This is a problem when you're expecting a certain size and have ordered paper wrapping and gift boxes in a size that doesn't fit the breads from this pan.

(More customer reviews)The product does exactly what it is billed to do: it grills sandwiches quickly. The problem is that the grill is very small, so normal grocery store bread is way too big and it hangs out the side. In addition, if you want to make a bigger sandwich, i.e., stacked with several ingredients, the lid will not close and lock without Herculean strength and the risk of burning yourself. It does OK with two small pieces of bread and a small amount of cheese. But, for that, it's just as easy to heat up a nonstick frying pan. It would be, however, handy for students in dorms or others with no access to a stove.

This set works GREAT. Heat the stone for 20 minutes while the dough is rising on the peel and you're layering your ingredients. Then slide it onto the stone for 20-25 minutes. GREAT PIZZA, just like a wood-fired pizza cafe!!!

(More customer reviews)The picture shown here is not what they send you. Pandoro is an Italian STAR-SHAPED dessert cake eaten during the holidays. Amazon shipped me a ROUND mold that looks nothing like the item pictured here, and would not be suitable for making a pandoro. Numerous attempts at customer service only resulted in additional ROUND molds being sent or offers for a refund. Look elsewhere if you actually want a STAR shaped mold. If you order here, you will get the wrong kind.
Basically, wrong item shown here! Hope Amazon can fix it!

I was very excited because I have been looking for a pandoro mold for a long time.
I was very dissapointed when I opened the box because the mold I got had nothing to do with the one I ordered.
Sent it back and they sent me another one- again it was the wrong mold (same as the first time).
It would seem that the molds in the warehouse are mislabeled or something.
I cannot attest to the quality of the mold because I never received it.
I am only writing the review to give other potential buyers a heads up.
